Subscription pricing is clearly listed on our pricing page and billed monthly in USD via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the site and its content (text, graphics, reports, software) belong to MaxerMark AI or are used with permission. Content generated on your behalf (articles, meta tags, product descriptions) is licensed to you for use on your own properties once your subscription is active and paid in full.

Any change in search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue following our recommendations
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes; we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic outcomes outside of any guarantee explicitly stated on our pricing page.

8. Termination

MaxerMark AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
